It happens. Our cameras are insured and built for a party. Normal wear is on us. If something is genuinely destroyed, we'll send a quick note — no surprise charges, no drama.
The camera arrives 4–5 days before your wedding in a padded case with a prepaid return label. After the weekend, drop it at any UPS. Both ways are on us.
We ship a one-page shot list so your guests know what to capture. The cameras are designed to be hard to mess up. In years of doing this, we've always had more than enough to cut a great film.
5–7 weeks from the day we receive the camera back. You'll get the edited short film, plus all the raw footage to keep forever.
